Both parties, under the District People's Government marriage registration on the ________ day, agree that due to personal incompatibility, their marital relationship has broken down, thus reaching a divorce agreement as follows:
1. Zhang and Wang shall divorce.

Divorce agreement
Mr. Zhangsan and Mrs. Lishi, who got legally married on Nov. 14, 2008, have a daughter Wangwu born on Jan. 15, 2013. Due to personal incompatibility, their marital relationship has broken down, both sides agree to dissolve the marriage.
1. Both sides agree to dissolve the marriage voluntarily.
